1)Responsibilities▪ I am only person who lead the HR Department as head of department and look after the all activities.▪ Direct meeting with C.E.O for policies making and Business overview.▪ Maintaining all the files of Company received Assets by the Employee.▪ Making attendance with daily Bio matric system add remarks and send through Email to the C.E.O▪ Open Bank accounts of new hiring staff on daily basis.▪ Deal with legal compliance like social security, EOBI contribution and registration procedures, job contracts, group Insurance Policy & Education Cess & Scholarship, Labor Department.▪ Separations (Resigns & Retirement Letters, clearance of employee from Departments, Final settlement letter, Bank Letter, ATM Cards, Delivery of necessary letters and Documents)▪ To issue the Company SIM’s to company employees for their official calling.▪ Making sure that they are at the right area at the given time.▪ To issue the company assets (Mobile phones, Laptops) for our new employees as per their grade.▪ To issue the company vehicles to our Employees & staff and prepare the vehicle maintenance report on monthly basis for checking the millage.▪ Loan form verification.▪ Posting Leaves & ODs▪ Check advance salary forms.▪ Preparation over time day by day.2) Employee Relations▪ Maintaining healthy relationship by implementing employee policies, regarding performance, conduct, conflict of interest and discipline.▪ Management of issues, internal investigations, and prompt problem resolution.▪ Investigative process for internal complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other high-risk employment issues and other market issues of Sales Team employees.▪ Promotions & demotions of company employees.▪ Making of performance Appraisals of all management levels.
