I ❤️ problem solving! Working with incomplete information and researching my way out of complicated problems. I honed this skill during my Masters in Bio-engineering at Georgia Tech while studying Biology, Mathematics, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Business and Computer Science, all at advanced levels even though I had little to no background in some of these disciplines. Studying all these subjects was just solving a bunch of problems weaved together into courses.A few years forward, now I work for my own startup, Data Prism, and as a founder, I have to wear many hats: finding leads, managing project delivery, communicating with clients, setting up vision and what not. But, it all boils down to problem-solving, and sometimes solving NEW problems. I love this 3-letter word: NEW.My technical expertise encompasses writing web scraper using scrapy, selenium, puppeteer, beautifulsoup, requests, proxies etc. But I am always upgrading and learning the NEW stuff as well. I am well-versed with cloud infrastructure and have deployed scrapers that run 24/7 without a hiccup. I have also worked with data from top companies such as Airbnb, Lyft, Instacart, Freestak, etc. In my free time, I like to go out with friends and family, read non-fiction/self-help books, browse the web about new trends in technology, entrepreneurship and investment. Also, being a desi, I love the spice in my food, and my life 🔥Being part of a cultural exchange program (Fulbright), I made many new connections across the world during my 2 years at GT. I learned how to understand and appreciate different perspectives, and I continue to do so.
