Current• Implementation of all operational SOPs and ensure compliance• Development of MIS system• Resource allocation and optimal utilization• Ensure safety and security of man and materials in warehouse.• Maintain housekeeping of racking and isle completely through teams• Verification of stock while shipment and receiving• Timely reporting to Management• Warehouse Visit • ICA ( Report + GRN )• GRN Generation• GRN Documentation filling• Issuance in MIS + Verification• Manual documents (Report & Issuance)• Locate Inventory at designated area• Stock Count• Repair + Warranty items Issuance & Receiving• Daily Closing Report• Receiving Material • Warehouse Schedule• Material shifting noteResponsibilities:• Achieves warehouse operations operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends.• Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into MIS (Management Information System).• Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.• Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluating and recommending new equipment.• Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes.• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
