Site In charge SRM (Operations) – Materials & Planning Section: Organizational (Batch Reconciliation):• Receive final Recovery sheet from production team.• Collect the physical documents (RIR and FGTN) which are mentioned in recovery sheet.• Review that EOSS/IOSS and work order is mentioned on RIR and FGTN documents.• Review Variety which mentioned on documents RIR and FGTN is exactly match with recovery sheet if not match /any document is not related to that recovery in that case, inform to senior’s and production team for confirmation and verification.• Check every document is entered and verified in TV.• Entered all documents in Excel sheet and tally with recovery sheet which receive from production team• Float final and reconciled batch if exactly match with production recovery sheet• Keep separate record in excel sheet of all batch’s and float final master file after reconciliation of each batch.Organizational (Export Shipment Packing list):Inventory in IRS:• Update inventory in IRS (Integrated Rice Software) as following.(a) Stock Transferred out (b) Stock Transferred In (c) Sale (d) Purchase (GRN)(e) Stock Adjustment (f) Stock Transfer Note Organizational (Documents Verification)• Verify all transaction (IRPC and Hired location’s) in Track Via on daily basis.• Review that books serial of books are 100% tally with physical document.• Review that EOSS/IOSS and work order is mentioned on RIR/FGTN both in document.• Check that FGTN/ RIR are related or not related to work order which is mentioned on document.• Review that if number of bags are multiplied with average bag weight then total quantity is exactly matched with physical calculation both in RIR & FGTN and Check that documents are entered in track via and IRS.• Issues resolving regarding Variety and EOSS/IOSS and Keep record of physical documents received.

Daily verification and reconciliation of receipts & issuance of Material Store. • To ensure weekly, Monthly Cycle Count activity.• To ensure Stock Check of Material Store on Monthly, Quarterly, & Annually basis. • Preparation of Annual Audits i.e. FWS Audit, Quality Audit, TPM Audit, Inventory Health check & ISO Audit. • Daily Stock reconciliation of 3rd Party Stores/Locations• Transport Management (1 Vehicle) for eight Locations • Rate updating of Imported Items & Issue un-plan of inventory through Commercial Team.
