Current* Inventory Management through EBS (Oracle) to ensure smooth production flow. Conduct regularly inventory audit to ensure maximum control over system.* Perform process audits, assess and review the effectiveness and sufficiency of internal controls, and develop or evaluate systems and procedures.• Implementation of SOPs for optimization and maximizing operational efficiency.• Audit of Purchase Requisition, PO’s, sales orders and monitoring of pending GRN’s and Shipments.• Assist in policymaking for inward and outward material and implemented gate pass control system.• Create and sustain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for the ongoing projects.* Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and control.* Compiling monthly audit report of findings and suggesting solutions to any problems encountered during the audit.* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.* Schedule and conduct regular meeting with senior management on significant issue and findings.* Implementation of Item assessment, supplier selection criteria and inventory Replenishment, Buffer stock and reorder points.* Perform cash audit, fixed asset and verifications of different types of payables.* Conduct monthly stores audits, work in process, Packaging and Finished good department.Achievements:As a skilled professional, I have implemented standardize purchasing system and educate the store professionals about the inventory management techniques that reduced the manual working.
