Field Supervisor Mechanical
Current• Performing Risk Assessments and Method Statements for every task and perform the work by implementing guideline of Health and safety Standards and Site Safe System Of Work (SSOW). And ensure maintenance and safety procedures are followed at all time.• Taking responsibility for routine maintenance (preventive and corrective), Troubleshooting & Overhauling of mechanical equipment such as Gas turbines, steam turbine, HRSGs, Steam Condenser, various types of pumps (Boiler Feed Pumps, Condensate Extraction Pumps, CCCW Pump, Chemical Dosing Pumps), valves, heat exchangers, cooling tower.• Assisting mechanical engineer in developing and Implementing Mechanical Maintenance Plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.• Assisting mechanical engineer in planning of outages/shutdowns, CI, HGPI & MI of General Electric Frame 9E Gas Turbines, Minor & Major Inspection of FUJI Electric 133 MW Steam Turbine, and timely executions of assigned jobs within the approved schedule.• Suggesting Modification and new ideas for Plant Betterment and Cost Saving.• Monitoring the Availability of Critical Spare Parts and consumables, replenishing supplies and timely raising purchase requisitions according to min. max. inventory levels.• Training co-workers and junior staff on the safe, efficient and correct method of work. • Guiding and Supervising the work team & Service Technicians from third parties, in line with the relevant HSE Standards & Safe System Of Work (SSOW)• Maintaining the Maintenance History and Failure Reporting record in CMMS (MAXIMO) and timely close out of pending work orders.
