Current•Ensure 100% secure environment is maintained, contracts are in place, and SLA reviewed and invoiced.•Acknowledge alarms and source root cause, compile, and draft incident reports for review by ROE (Regional Operations Engineering Team). •Conducted highly skilled preventative and corrective maintenance on-site for critical facility systems.•Resolved advanced incidents, developing new procedures and techniques to enhance team performance.•Monitored the Building Monitoring System (BMS), addressing alarms for complex assignments and recommending procedural improvements.Inspected changes/updates to technical files for plants and equipment, collaborating with vendors and supervisors.•Administered site logs and data gathering for issuing permits, including Maintenance Operation Protocol (MOPs) and scripts.•Identified and escalated process discrepancies to higher management, recommending improvements.•Recognized Single Points of Failure (SPOFs) and proposed new procedures to enhance reliability.•Escalate necessary updates or changes to the Engineering team for resolution.•Supported on-site staff during critical incidents, responding to major failures, significant problems, and delays.•Assisted with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and contributed to maintaining technical documents.•Completed highly skilled work requests, circuit installations, and advanced troubleshooting of office equipment.•Responsibilities include control and maintain systems like heating and cooling of air, water supply, generators, UPS systems, electrical distributions, CRAH, FCU, FAHU, Chillers, & firefighting, CCTV systems and some others but not limited to mentioned only.•Serve as the primary contact for all CMMS-related inquiries and issues. •Collaborate with the Global CMMS Support team for necessary escalations. •Carrying out actions in a proactive manner and recording according to the work orders in the Asset Management System (Maximo)
