1. Assist the Log Supervisor - Beni in provision of logistics support to 4000 UN military & police contingents.2. Coordinating and monitoring of Supply (Rations, Fuel & General Supply), Engineering, Transport, Communition & IT Sections to ensure timely provision of goods & services.3. Arranging shifting of men and material, for logistics support to contingents, with the help of Movement Control, Transport and Aviation sections.4. Assist in coordination of opening/closing of new Sub-offices, military bases (up to 200 men), team-sites and ensure delivery of rations, fuel, water, stationary and ICT facilities as per MOU.Achievements1. Assist in repatriation of 152 troops and equipment of Jordan Special Force.2. Coordinating works for opening of Opira Company Op Base (COB), closing of 2 COBs, opening of 2 team-sites and liasion with Procurement Section for lease arrangement. 3. Construction of new 135 men Police contingent camp, DDRRR Camp, Drones and air crew camp/offices are in process as per work plan.4. Assist in protocol arrangements for SRSG, UNHQ, 5th Committee and Ambassador of UK, USA, France etc.

Providing ICT equipment to UN civilian, police and military components and managing inventory in AOR of a french speaking country.

1.Evaluate Purchase Requests and authorizations to ensure that specifications, budget data and other requirements are in order;2.Process quotation requests and tenders including medicines/vaccines from UNICEF/UNFPA;3.Liaison between Isb Office and Peshawar warehouse for all incoming and outgoing inventory stock.4.Evaluate offers and bid tabulations;5.Prepare Purchase Orders and send confirmations, requests for inspection, and other correspondence;6.Prepare proposals for award of contracts to the Contracts Committee;7.Maintain the roster of suppliers to ensure a timely service;8.Assist in the coordination of and reporting on the deployment of Assets.9.Monitor the monthly procurement status reports;10.Ensure that the Assets are recorded in the database when received. 11.Assist the Incharge SCM in maintaining internal control mechanisms to ensure that procurement standards and rules are strictly adhered to;12. Participated in flood emegencies of 2010-11

- Managing transportation fleet of about 100 vehicles including tractors, trucks, fork-lifters, staff car etc.- Arranging repair from workshop, fuel etc to keep the fleet op for daily use.- Unloading/loading of ammunition from rail, sea and air-port.- Providing logistics support like rations, accommodation, training to 300 military pers - Food & purchase member at Officers Mess.
