• Responsible for calculating Time study, Method study and Production study for different processes. • Hands on experience for evaluating Standard Minute Values (SMV) and Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM).• Modify design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to improve efficiencies. • Monitor the maintenance of machines and daily check sheets to improve reliability.• Solve organizational, production and related problems efficiently to avoid any bottlenecks.

• Responsible for diagnosing the problems in the vehicles under warranty. • Manage activities to solve problem including complete examination of vehicles, preparing reports and group discussion• Exchange experiences with quality responsible and production head to improve processes and to minimize the chances of re-occurring. • Maintain the dealership skills and environment as per standard.
