•Selection of vendors, negotiating price and terms & conditions related to payment and delivery.•Preparation of Proforma Invoice as pre requirement of customers.•Making sure that machines' tooling is made as per samples sent to supllier.•Planning of LCL/FCL shipments (By Sea, By Air) as per requirement of higher management.•Coordination with suppliers to Consolidate shipment to save cost and time.•Handling queries with customers related to TT, CAD, LC.•Updating shipment status and keeping close follow up with suppliers on dalily basis.•Maintaining Commission record and follow up with suppliers for payment.•Providing after sale service to customers regarding import orders.

•Proposal and Calculation•Supervising Fabrication Shop, supply of raw material & finished Product.•Supervised Fabrication of Autoclave, Storage Tanks and Structures.•Coordination with departments for follow up of Material as per Requirement.•Studying client purchase order, bill of quantities, drawings.•As per BOQ raising purchase request to procurement department for raw material purchase.•Material follow up, making shop floor drawings and getting approval from client.•Inspection of incoming material & machining items.
