Security Manager / Sales Coordinator .Spurt Security Services LLC | Dubai, UAEManage and participate in the development and administration of the shared services for improvements, project budgets, monitor and approve the expenditure, implement mid-year budget adjustments for the welfare of the Company. Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives. Supervise subordinate security professionals, performing activities such as hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, or disciplining. Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement. Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives. Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures Plan security for special and high-risk events. Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies. Recommend security procedures for security call centers, operations centers, domains, asset classification systems, system acquisition, system development, system maintenance, access control, program models, or reporting tools.Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.

Outsource Staff by SGME.Handling staff & customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a staff / customer being taken ill; Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department.Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service. Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses Being involved in staff recruitment and appraisals. Daily Briefing of all the security officers, Inspection of their uniform hygiene and turn outs, and deploy them on specific duty posts according to their competencies. Prepare the monthly guard Rota and monitor the welfare and discipline of all the security officers linking them with the company. Random and regular inspections of the guard posts to make sure that the client's security, and visitor policies are properly followed and people property and information with in the premises are secured. Daily inspection of Fire escape routes and fire panels and firefighting equipment's reporting to IFM.  Carry out investigations at the primary level and forward them to the security department IFM... (Small accidents, Intrusions Etc.) Prepare the Weekly reports, Carry out the operational orders issued by the Client.
