° Installation of HT and LT panels for Tetra Pak processing and Filling unit.° Responsible for Installation of Distribution Transformer (1500 KVA).° Supervision of installation power and control panel , cable Mesh, lighting, Earthing, Fire system>I am working as a Maintenance Executive on a project that was spearheaded by me. Now I execute maintenance activities occurred at the plant including E&I scope of process equipment & utilities, and filling and packaging lines. Maintenance activities included.>Get performed troubleshooting as well as routine E&I job scope of process equipment including Ultra-Heat Treatment Plant, Pasteurizer Plant, Aseptic Tank, Centralized CIP Unit, High Shear Mixture Plant, Cheese Plant, Tetra Pak & Ecolean Filling Lines and Utilities.>Support the safe, efficient and on time start-up of utilities (Coal Fired Boiler, Ammonia Chiller, RO Plant and Air Compressors) etc.>Manage testing, calibration, automation, validation and upgradation of all the Plant Facilities.>Planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules.>Energy & Load Management of Solar Station (1MW), Diesel Engine & Gas Engine depending upon the segregation of critical & non critical attached loads.>To develop, implement and manage all documentation regarding energy management, calibration procedures, production line KPI's, feasibility study of upcoming projects, technical procurement, and liaison with procurement team and Engineering Head.>Ensure all work is performed in accordance by applicable Environmental Health & Safety, GMP and ISO Standards.

>Responsible for all kind of preventive & corrective maintenance for Denim Processing Plant (Including Stenter, Rope Dyeing, Pad-Steam, Mercerizing, Sanforizing, etc.).>Manage testing and calibration of load cells, I/P positioners and convertors, pressure transmitters, temp controllers, measurement sensors and pneumatic valves, etc.>Erection, commissioning and maintenance of Apparel & Stitching Unit (Including Tonello, Yilmak and Nexia Washing/Dryer/Spinner, Spray Booth, Jeanologia Laser, Orox Cutter, Brother & SIP Italy Sewing Machines).>E&I job scope of Utilities (Oil Heater, Steam Boiler, ETP Plant, RO-Plant, and Caustic Recovery Plant). Projects>Erection of complete Tetra Pak Processing Plant (UHT, MRU, HOMO, ATS, CIP Station, Packaging Machines; TFA-500, A3-Flex, TBA-19, TBA-8, Ecolean EL4+ etc), Pasteurizer Plant, Cheese Plant, Batch/Mixing/Silo Tanks, Palm Oil Reception Units and Cold Stores.>Erection of complete Utilities Section (Coal Fired Steam Boiler, RO Plant, Ammonia Chiller, Air Compressor, Fire Hydrant Station, Waste Heat Recovery Boiler and Condensate Recovery Unit).>Installation and commissioning of Energy Analyzers for energy monitoring.>Design & Implementation of Online UPS (400KVA & 200KV).> Erection of Denim Unit Including, Stenter by Monforts, Rope Dyeing by Morrison, Sanfo by Monforts, Pad Steam, Mercerizing, Cold Pad Bleaching by Benniger, Senging by Osthof, Rebeamer by Karl Mayer, Caustic Recovery Unit etc.>Erection of Textile Machinery including Wet & Dry Process Machines.

Responsible for Maintenance and Troubleshooting of all Electrical and instrument problem. And manage inventory of all Electrical and instrument equipment.
