Supervise & manage all official reports on everyday basis.Collect payments by accepting cash/cheque.Issue invoices/delivery notes.Manage entire payroll.Manage petty cash.Manage/Follow ARs & APs.Issue LPOs.Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance tocompany policies.Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.Issue quotations and follow the subsequent process.Summarizes current financial status by collecting information: preparingbalance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educationalworkshops; reviewing professional publications.Prepare financial statements on monthly and quarterly basis.Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments,and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.Coordinate with internal and external auditors and manage work of all accountsand cash.Reports directly to CEO.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactivecommunication.Keep records of customers interactions, process customer accounts and filedocuments.Replenish and handle all the operations of ATM.Examine cheques deposited and determine proper funds availability based onregulation requirements and complete hold notices.Receive cheques and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and check accuracy ofdeposit slips.And many other duties, as and when assigned by line manager according to thesituation.
