I offer a specialized psychotherapy service to anyone looking to deal with either acute or ingrained challenges in their lives. I offer a welcoming, private setting where people may take the time to examine their feelings, attitudes, and problematic behaviours. I give uncritical listening, acceptance, and empathy while assisting the client in coming to respect and re-connect with themselves. I utilize my interaction with the client in therapy to help them identify unconscious relationship habits that are affecting their present relationships and assist them in discovering satisfying ways to relate.Regardless of our differences, I collaborate with individuals across cultures in a non-oppressive manner. I love working with a variety of people. I use Cognitive and behavioural treatments that are anchored in mindfulness, and I have received training in trauma-informed practises, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Trauma Focused Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Additionally, I do Emotion Focused therapy (EFT), and I'm now undergoing EMDR training.
