CurrentAccounts Receivables Managing Accounts Receivable by ensuring all accounts are well controlled and that all outstanding monies owed to the company is timely collected In order to achieve the set collection targets the Age Analysis Report must be considered the most important working tool of the credit control department. Receiving payments from customers, analyzing it from their outstanding invoices & payment advice and incorporating it into the system along with necessary Credit Adjustments Analyzing customers monthly sales report and rebate Reconciling customer and ledger balances Re-determining customers’ credit limits when requestedAccounts Payable Taking the accounts payable aging report on daily basis Checking the payment documents for appropriate GL classificationAccount Finalization Preparing all the adjusting entries to finalize the month ending accounts and preparing, analyzing and presenting monthly accounts to management Preparation, monitoring and controlling of budgets and taking necessary actions to control cost Regular review of , Receivables and Inventory aging reports to keep working capital cycle in check
