In June 2021, as an accounting student, I was required to make a social project. Each group consists of 7 people. We decided to do a social project for a nursing home at Sasana Tresna Werdha RIA Pembangunan. We decided to choose a nursing home with the aim of attracting social presence and building community empathy for caring for nursing homes. As a Project Manager in this project I perform several tasks, namely:1. Lead the division of tasks for everyone involved in this social project.2. Manage and evaluate every progress report made by each member every 2 times a week.3. Lead the team to solve problems and consult with the supervisor once a week.4. Doing a final report about the social project we did to the supervisor.In July 2021, Covid cases were still high and we had problems that we were not allowed to enter the nursing home. That's why we decided to have it online and represented by our team for donations. In the end, we were able to handle the project well.
