• Participated in developing an annual work plan for all activities related to commodities logistics in Adamawa and incorporated this plan into the overall state routine immunization (RI) and SIAs work plan.• Developed an annual budget for commodities logistics and incorporated this budget into the overall RI budget for Adamawa state.• Involved in coordinating the implementation of all planned vaccine and other commodities supply chain activities and evaluating program performance against set targets on an annual basis.• Reviewed NPHCDA annual vaccine forecast for Adamawa and tracked the quantity of vaccines received quarterly from NPHCDA to consistency with forecasted values.• Monitored state commodities stock levels and triggered emergency deliveries from NPHCDA when required to prevent stock outs.• Deployed and managed an efficient and cost-effective vaccine distribution system from the state store to satellite stores and to all service delivery points across the state.• Ensured timely and accurate vaccination data collection, dissemination, and usage at all levels to enhance optimal functioning of the vaccine supply chain.• Implemented the stock performance dashboard, tracked the dashboard, analyzed issues, produced action points, and appointed responsible persons.• Documented and submitted monthly reports to the executive secretary of the State Primary Health Care Development Agency of all vaccine and supply chain management activities, highlighting challenges and next steps.• Tracked key performance indicators (KPIS) for all engaged vaccine 3rd party private logisticians working in the state. • Conducted inventory of all cold chain equipment (CCE) in the state, identifying gaps and making recommendations to state Primary Health Care Development Agency as the need arose.
