Core Duties:- Providing analysis and monitoring overall financials of the company.- Producing financial reports and sharing analysis based on completed and running projects, mitigating risks, and evaluating variances.- Reviewing periodic financials for accurate revenue and cost recognition as required by local tax authorities (VAT, GAZT)- Conducting profitability reviews on new project acquisitions, and cost-saving measures. Feedback on budget deviations, variance analysis, and cost-controlling recommendations.- Initiating the process of yearly budget and forecast preparation.- Managing periodic AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations.- Working closely with the accounting team to organize processes, achieve productivity standards, and adhere to accuracy and finance ethics.- Devising strategies to keep adequate funds using cash flow analysis.- Assisting the HR Director in organizing HR management system.- Assisting the country Admin manager in managing branch office.- Training of employees on ERP systems related to finance & operations.

• Preparing and presenting periodic reports for all KSA regions including P&L, Cash Flow, and business review.• Leading team on preparing department budget and presenting to senior management.• Analyzing project requirement and timely arranging required resources with coordination of otherdepartments.• Maintaining funds and balancing payables/receivables for each project• Forecasting future outflows throughout project timeline and alerting management on alarmingissues.• Active involvement with supply chain and commercial department for smooth project flow• Training team on cash collection and enforcing which resulted in reducing old AR by huge margin.• Implemented automated workflow among departments for secure and quick business operations.
