Business Controller
As a Business Controller, I spearheaded the budget preparation process, aligning it with the organization's strategic goals, and successfully secured approval from the CEO. My role was pivotal in conducting regular variance analyses to ensure the alignment of projected and actual figures. This, along with my development and implementation of pre and post-costing analyses, helped control sales prices and enhance profitability. I closely monitored logistical and warehouse costs, optimizing factory overhead rates to ensure cost-effectiveness. Leveraging Power BI, I created interactive dashboards that facilitated data-driven decision making at the senior management level. I played a key leadership role in the procurement committee, making critical decisions about raw material procurement quantities and rates, which boosted supply chain efficiency. My strategic planning and execution of sales growth strategies led to increased market share and price optimization. Furthermore, I worked in close collaboration with the production team, implementing waste reduction strategies and cost-cutting measures that significantly increased operational efficiency.
