Roles And Responsibilities :-Develop and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test cases while performing all testing activities including functional, integration, regression, performance, and stress testing-Leading a team of testers and be responsible for the quality of their work-Understanding the business requirements and write quality test cases in Confluence JIRALog defects in a detailed, understandable and reproducible way, tracking all assigned defects through to closure and interacting with members of the development team to resolve discovered defects-Providing quality suggestions to BA for enhancing product's quality and saving time and cost for software.-Manual test execution and test case documentation-Perform testing of various dashboards and their detailed reports in Microsoft Dynamics CRM-Perform Global Rescue's APIs testing using Postman and swagger UI-Assist team members in analyzing functional specifications and product documentation to design high quality QA Plans-Perform initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source-Document bugs and prepare thorough bugs report in bug tracking tools i.e Mantis, JIRA-Perform Load/Stress testing using JMeter to measure the performance of the GR SystemsAutomation Testing:-Configure, write and execute automated scripts in Cypress framework for functional and regression testing of Global Rescue's web application.-Configure Selenium web driver for writing automation testing scripts in Selenium to perform testing of reports and emails developed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
