-Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.-Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.-Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.-Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.-Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.Performs other related duties as assigned.-Project Reporting to the C-Level Executives.

-Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects-Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members-Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance-Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management-Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team

-Mentoring Agile teams to enable the transition to Agile -Coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners-Formulating governing policies in view of the organization's principles to support Agile-based approaches-Identify relevant metrics and define the measurement system -Empower managers to partner with business stakeholders and make more strategic decisions-Cultivate an Agile mindset so that every team member can approach problems -Identify project risks , Assist scrum masters with meeting pre-planning, scheduling, daily scrum, and review
