This includes reviewing and evaluating the business performance, ensuring contractual obligations are being fulfilled, etc..

My role involved interviewing clients to identify their specific requirements and accompanying them to properties that matched their budgetary needs. As I conducted regular comparative pricing studies on various properties in Dubai, I was able to create optimum pricing strategies to give my clients the best value for their investments. Other responsibilities included:• Advising clients on suitable mortgage financing options• Preparing contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and title deeds• Promoting properties though advertisements, open houses, multiple listing services and other online platforms
