Devise plans to reduce Dead stock and slow movers• Create, analyze and evaluate reports to assist in Sales & Strategic planning with extensive co-ordination with Sales and Finance Departments• Ensure monthly budget is achieved by timely invoicing and also try to expedite shipments to achieve Sales Targets as much as possible • Preparing GIT, Provision, stock Ageing and Sales reports to ensure all departments are in line with the Organization goals and objectives• Preparing Monthly factory price lists to Sales Team and sales price list to Distributors based on the monthly variance in LME pricing• Expertise in Handling LC & CAD and ensuring compliance• Handling Complete Logistics. Negotiating with Forwarders for improved rates , delivery times and speedy clearance of shipments • Good knowledge of Customs, Duties and Taxes of various countries across GCC and African market. • Work closely with the local 3PL to ensure Operations continuity and delivery and material accuracy• Follow up with 3PM for material and delivery follow-up• Supervising and Processing the Sales Orders and short closing any pending quantities which are not required thereby ensuring the accuracy of order intake (OI)• Ensure all procedural details are completed from month end Accounting perspective for Inventory, Delivery and Sales

From engineering, procurement and construction to ship and rig repair, maintenance, conversion, fabrication• Handling the complete PO cycle from the point of requisition generation to the point of receiving the conformed material at the yard site and forwarding related documents to Accounts for payment• Sourcing Yard’s requirements of materials by obtaining quotes from pre-approved suppliers and coordinate with logistics for the clearance of shipment• Monitoring outstanding POs and follow up with Logistics Department on deliveries to ensure on time delivery• Float the enquiries for bidding, evaluate the bids and submit to the higher management to finalize• Preparing project’s costing to ascertain and take into account all direct costs, prepare and submit the proposals to the Commercial Head for evaluation and finalization• To maintain Re-order level(ROL) and Minimum Stock Level(MSL) to ensure the approved stock levels and refurbishment of conversion, new-build and repair ships• Ensure all processes are aligned strictly with the Audit guidelines of the Organization• Preparing insurance claims for material damaged or lost in transit and monitoring the return process in case of non-conformity of the supplied products• Liaison with accounts department in order to settle Vendor Accounts discrepancies • Accounts payables – preparation of payment forecast on weekly basis and releasing the payment based on the approval from the Management • Preparing the daily bank reconciliation & sending balances position to the Finance Head to plan ahead for the upcoming weeks & handling banking processes which includes LC opening, bank guarantees, hedging payments received in other currencies etc• Preparing Monthly closing reports & carrying out necessary entries to finalize the Accounts• Assisting Audit team on the daily queries raised, by providing the relevant proofs and justification
