As Director of Products and Software Consulting Arm, I oversee different product development tasks ranging from product UX design to implementation. The key highlights of my role are as follows1. I ensured end-to-end delivery of new features and architecture-level enhancements. Key responsibilities included are as follows.1. Design web, mobile (iOS & Android), and desktop Convo app versions, and deliver pixel-perfectdesign documents with UX scenarios to the front-end development team.2. Help internal stakeholders prioritize modules/features development using Model De KANO and RICE methodologies 3. Introduce new user experiences, module-based interfaces in existing Convo UI architecture.4. Work closely with front-end and back-end developers to implement the design, navigation flows, interactions, and features/options behaviors.7. Prioritize easily integrate-able design elements-specific changes that do not require too much development time.8. Manage the SDLC phases of Convo next iterations including Requirement Elicitation, Design and Development phases.9. Help the QA team to prepare testing scenarios for all types of end-users for understanding their annoyances and hindrances with Convo.10. Based on triangulation research methodology, ideate on improving user experience, modules and features behaviors for all types of end-users.11. Perform thorough front-end testing, report bugs/issues, and assign tasks to the front-end team for flawless implementation of designs in the Development phase.12. Conduct meetings on creating new features/feature improvements and next Convo iterations with all internal stakeholders to finalize the requirement elicitation for design, development, and deployment phases.

The health care professionals with only valid ID card can sign-in to ensure the integrity of the information and professional services shared on the network. With the ability to manage and track not only Tickets, but other essentials aspects of help desk company including Accounts, CRM, Devices, it offers a one-stop solution to a help desk departments.
