Responsibilities: Overall planning and execution of “Seasonal Collections” and customized orders in in-house production facilities and associated 3rd party production facilities. CRP for 2 weaving units (Total Looms = 62). Creating weekly production schedule for in-house weaving looms.Accomplishments: Implementation of Just-in-Time (JIT) method to reduce inventories and liabilities. Implementation of customized SAP modules and reports to integrate production planning tasks/ techniques in SAP by collaboration with ERP team. Database re-structured to do-away with useless reports and to utilize data in fast and efficient manner.
