Senior Human Resources Manager
CurrentEnsure all Human Resources Management systems/procedures (From Recruitment to Retirement) are updated, maintained and effectively implemented across company.Work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives. To contribute research, analysis and ideas for the development of the HR strategies and ensure that HR initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals of company.Devising and implementing a number of staffing strategies in order to manage staffing levels and the changes throughout the seasons, ensuring all customer requirements can be achieved while reducing waste.Regulating recruitment & selection process; right person for right job through competency based interviewing techniques.Implementing effective performance management system based on pay for performance model using competency based KPI framework.Innovatively devising unsurpassed compensation & reward strategies to reward staff on meritocracy with respect to their contribution and value addition to company.Ensure implementation of Succession planning at all levels by identifying the potential employees against critical positions by using 9 box model.Contribute to benchmarking of policies & procedures with respect to best industry / market practices.Responsible in implementation of Annual Learning Plan across group in coordination with Organization Excellence Team.
