- Worked towards increasing the efficiency of site, by extracting; transforming and then analyzing the data of over 400+ people, which was eventually reviewed by regional headquarters in Singapore.- Initialized and worked towards the automation of site performance management systems.

I got the chance to work on multiple projects.Which included 'Toyota Dealer Floor Financing Project', I was responsible to launch its pilot phase, in coordination with PwC as project consultants during my time which I successfully did.Also, I was given the task to analyse and present the bank performance related to auto finance sector. The whole analysis and study included the sales pattern against the interest rates; comparison of sales of different banks; and the reason behind the sales increase or decrease of a particular bank.Designed and launched 'Corolla Incentive Campaign' with 11 different banks, which was eventually launched all across the country.Was part of the team which designed and partnered with Bank Alfalah and Meezan Bank for multiple projects.

- Managed warehouses and inventory coming in from China.- Managed orders from China and dealings with customs and clearing agents, basically was responsible for whole supply chain.- Successfully expanded supply network to several areas in Sindh, Punjab and Balochistan (Including Gwadar, Chaghi etc).

- Headed a team of 50+ student and staff volunteers on a 3 week project to rebuild an all-girls school in Dalnati, district Ghizer of Gilgit Baltistan Region.- Organised fund raisers, eventually raising more than Rs 7 million for the project.- Managed entire logistics of the project, from supplies going from Karachi to outsourcing supplies from the local area, transportation; food and shelter of volunteers for 21 days.- Also, organised 3 medical camps.- With the help of a private NGO, women entrepreneurship program was held for local women.- Supervised a 2 week summer school for local children.- Successfully completed the whole project in the limited time frame.
