CurrentI lead a high-performing team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Genetec’s tailored vertical offerings. My role encompasses project lifecycle management, technical sales support, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic alignment with market needs, ensuring that our solutions are optimally positioned to serve vertically-specific outcomes.Key responsibilities include:- Driving end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to post-deployment support, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes that meet customer specifications.- Serve as the primary technical contact for vertical offerings, guiding internal sales teams and customers on achieving their desired outcomes, ensuring successful adoption, consumption, and value realization across key verticals, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and retention.- Collaborating cross-functionally with development teams, product management, and vertical strategy leaders to identify product gaps and deliver solutions that drive vertical-specific outcomes.- Leading efforts to create and maintain technical documentation, training resources, and operational support materials to enable scalable, consistent delivery across teams.
