Skilfully negotiated change orders with contractors and stakeholders to address various cost and timeline achievements.•"Third Wave Coffee" (Hospitality Project, Pan India): Successfully executed multiple outlets of the TWC project across various places in India with an approximate area and budget of each store is 30 sqm and £0.25 million, respectively.
