Senior Product Consultant
Current- Senior Technical Product Manager for award-winning Deep Freeze, On-Premise Products, and Faronics Cloud Services which has a world presence of 10 million licenses across 150 countries with 30k unique customers.- Responsible for defining new features, user requirements, identifying gaps, features enhancements, and opportunities. - Develop detailed, crisp business requirements, prototypes, and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application.- Facilitate customer resolution for escalated calls and engage the necessary technical discussions. Follow-up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied and report operational achievements and progress to the executive team, regularly including statistical analysis and improvement of action plans.- Work closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, and executive teams to bring features and products to market and develop and grow business opportunities. Collaborate with other product owners and other stakeholders in an offshore environment.- Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, marketing, executives, and other product management team members. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals. - Gather customer feedback from various channels – customers, partners, sales, client implementation, and support – to provide continuous feedback and input into the product development process. Maintain a close loop with the management team to identify and support new product and service opportunities based on direct and indirect prospect feedback as well as industry trends.
