I am Managing End to End Transmission Project which itself includes five phases with different Teams working at every stage. The nature of the Job includes BPM, development & distribution of KPI, tracking subcontractor performance, ensure delivery of key milestones, weekly business analysis with customer and making contingency plans, supporting SCM in conducting regular delivery and automation, proper registration and publication of purchase orders, data migration between customer and Huawei’s data warehouse, supporting internal and external Teams in order to smoothen the transaction process which include first level platform support, Hardware forecasting in order to curtail down demand and supply, monthly revenue forecasting and budget approval, supporting finance in long term revenue recovery, conduct monthly quarterly and yearly Audit, People Management.Throughout my tenure in Huawei, I have learned amazing techniques which have polished my interpersonal skills, have created the ability to think rationally with problem solving approach. People management was also one the biggest aspect as I am working with diverse team from different cultures. Change management and acceptability to emerging situations. Think not only effectivity but efficiently. Plan not only for the present but should have an eye on the future as well. Diagnosing the problem in order to avoid continuous occurring instances.
