I collaborate within cross-functional teams, including product managers, business stakeholders, marketing, engineering, and external vendors, to drive continuous improvement through iterative design processes informed by data insights.I specialize in adding new features and enhancing user experiences across Emaar's web and mobile platforms, particularly in the areas of properties, hospitality, entertainment, and malls. I lead a team of designers, both onsite and offshore, providing guidance and oversight on new features and operational projects.In addition, I build and maintain our design system, establishing standards for design patterns and ensuring organized design files and screens in Figma. In my role at Emaar, I managed digital property products used by a large number of owners and tenants to efficiently manage their properties. I focused on implementing new enhancements and redefining navigation flows and components to significantly improve the overall user experience for both the app and the web portal.Key projects included:- Emaar One App- Emaar E-Services Web Portal
