Developed the business strategy for expanding the bank's operations and loan & deposit portfolios to achieve desired revenue goals, including the product and services road map. Key duties involved collaborating with departments, market research and developing new loan and deposit products.Responsibilities also included supporting business development, implementation of projects, performance analysis and reporting for management and Board of Directors.Key Achievements:- Developed a high profit liability product, generating new deposits of over PKR 500 million in the first quarter.- Developed 3 new Asset products in the first quarter of 2016, contributing over PKR 700 million to the loan portfolio over three quarters.

Being part of the start-up team, my responsibilities were spread across multiple functions.Developed and implemented system level accounting frameworks for UPaisa, the branchless banking product, and worked closely with Ufone Marketing, Product and Finance teams during product development, testing and pricing implementation. Also supported IT and Operations developing transaction flows and testing of all products and services . Established and maintained cooperative relationships with banks, service partners including NADRA, 1Link Pvt Ltd. and China UnionPay. Supervised daily transactional reconciliation, reporting and settlement with service providers while simultaneously managing working capital, daily fund movement and treasury placements.Restructured the banks share register and oversaw the entire process of electronic conversion and deposit of 118 million shares with the Central Depository Company of Pakistan (CDC). Carried out regular analysis of business segments, operations, revenue, ROI and feasibility workings and prepared all reports/presentations for senior management and board of directors.
