Responsible for Leading Operations and Maintenance of Lahore Plant Utilities; including Power Generation (upto 13.5 MW) and distribution from in house grid staion (9.5 MW), Steam generation (24TPH), Air Compression High pressure (40 Bar) and Low pressure (10bar), Refrigeration (2250KW Cooling capacity), HVAC Systems, CO2 Distribution system, Mechanical and Electrical workshop services.

• To develop concepts and tools that can be used across the entire country operations and to support the development of operations leadership to effectively apply those concepts and tools to address problems and to make improvements within the country operations. • Design, develop, execute, and evaluate integrated systems for managing operational processes including human work factors and manufacturing operations increasing operational and production efficiencies.• Reducing downtimes and breakdowns and increasing employee engagement with minimized workplace accidents.• Operational coordinations including project management, change management, business process re-engineering and supervision to act quickly to lead, develop, and implement solutions within country operations.

Responsible for Plant Maintenance and Utilities Operations & Maintenance Managemento Plant Maintenance Management: Responsible for effective planning, execution and logging all preventive maintenance activities at plant. Data analysis of all breaks down maintenance, to plan and prevent them in future. o Plant Utilities Operation & Maintenance Management: Responsible for looking after complete plant utilities including:> Ammonia refrigeration system (7 GEA compressors)> Steam generation system (Boiler operation; 2 X 5TPH)> Low pressure (7bar) air compression system (5 Compressors)> High pressure (40 bar) air compression system> CO2 supply system> Power House ( including 2.5 MW from Govt. Power Supply & 4.3 MW Diesel Powered Generators)> Plant HVAC
