His vast array of business experience culminates in his entrepreneurial success.  Beginning in 1999, Mr. Frank started his first entrepreneurial venture with $500.00 and a promise for work from a residential builder. This success has continued to prosper for over 20 years. Throughout his career, he has successfully helped to created and managed 6 diverse companies, directly overseeing the business operations, managing hundreds of employees/subcontractors, managed contracts valued between six figures and eight figures, and has excelled in developing, implementing, and executing the marketing strategies for multiple new brands.Using his Marine Corps philosophy to "Overcome, Improvise, and Adapt" has allowed Mr. Frank to specialize in the acquisition and completion of high profile, last minute, and logistically challenging business opportunities, especially those where "NO" is not the answer for the customer. He has years of experience with upper level Operational leadership, team building, brand marketing, logistics, and high level sales spanning many different industries. Mr. Frank also has 2 decades of experience developing innovative and cost saving maintenance programs in the Municipal, Highway, Construction, property, and Airport Sweeping industries. In addition, he has excelled in developing all encompassing pollution prevention BMP’s that fit all municipal budgets.
