Strategic Outreach Recruiter
CurrentServe as U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) and Human Resources Division business liaison and subject matter expert partnering with various stakeholders to coordinate and execute a sustainable pipeline of potential USMS Law Enforcement Officer (LEO candidates).Analyze population data and demographics by location and region to determine to optimal areas to target recruiting to accomplish initiatives by "30 by "30 and increasing the recruitment of women and minorities in the USMS.Recommend innovative methods to address USMS talent acquisition goals and objectives including long-and short-term outreach strategies, workforce planning, historical recruitment trends (benchmarking), and administration of overall area of responsibility.Attend job fairs at colleges and universities identified in the District Recruiting Officers annual plan.Develop and implement communication plans to improve outreach on USMS hiring opportunities designed to reach candidates that the Agency is targeting to develop an effective and diverse workforce.
