On the first year as a Business Analyst at Dattabot, I worked on:1. 7 Big Data Pilot Project on central bank of Indonesia. Prepare the deliverable timeline and make sure all the deliverables are corresponding to the requirement and objective define at the beginning. Manage to finish the project on time.2. Territory Management Dashboard and Sales Routes Optimization on 3 FMCG company. Compile the user requirements, deliver each of the progress weekly to the client. Closing the 2nd phase of the project.3. Analytics Dashboard on tobacco company. Aside from the projects above, I also worked on 1. Business assessment for Territory Management Dashboard to become a generic product2. Prepare slide for pitching, such as HR Funneling Process using Big Data Technology3. Assisting Data team for preparing the up-to-date data for all the dashboard consume (all the dashboard still using polygon data from year 2011)

Works as a liaison among client’s stakeholder in a project in order to gather, analyze, communicate and validate requirement, so that requirement can be implemented to the Multi Finance system.Responsibilities:- Understanding and comprehending businesses system operation and client.- Understanding and comprehending the application system well.- Making and preparing required documents for internal business and client.- Designing system display according to user's request.- Doing trouble shooting, system testing and batch testing.- Meeting with client for requirement gathering, confirmation or regular meeting.- Maintain issue list and identify early stage issues.- Perform User Acceptance Testing and assist user training.

Works as a liaison among client’s stakeholder in a project in order to gather, analyze, communicate and validate requirement, so that requirement can be implemented to the ERP system.Job Duties:- Understand the business problems and opportunities in term of requirements between functional team and technical team.- Analyzing the client's need for Enterprise Resource Planning: Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Human Resource, Project and Accounting Modules.- Implement the client's need to the ERP system while making sure what the client's need.- Assist the programmer when it comes to develop the customize system.- Testing the system.- Perform data migration activities during data migration preparation and execution.- Support the client after the system Go Live: diagnose problem on system implementation and solve the problem/bugs.- Propose option of solution for system’s issues.- Analyze the internal project improvement report, decide whether it’s efficiently execute or not, and if it’s not then find what’s the cause to improve the employee (internal) performance for the next project.- Assist every project management day to day task for implementation.- Interacting with client/user to maintain the relationship to lead an effective negotiation with client/user regarding our product.- Write report and documentation for future development.
