General and Internal Accountant(1) Payment accounting:- Checking dossiers, payment request documents, data on fixed cost or other expenses.- Make payment slips (for cash payments), cash receipts and record and process data in accordance with regulations.(2) Sales accounting:- Perform the sales accounting function for customers according to the customer assignment sheet of the Sales Accounting Team.- Process data in the system according to procedures and regulations. Print monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports for general accounting.(3) Accounts payable accounting:- Report data on receivables situation at the branch, process data according to procedures and regulations.- Prepare and urge the recovery of the debt reconciliation record, clearing the three-party debts between the Company, the Branch and the customer.(4) Tax accountant:- Prepare monthly output and input VAT declaration table according to state regulations.- Calculating data and accounting for payable taxes arising monthly.(5) Accounting for receivables from customers:- Update customer payments, process data according to procedures and regulations.- Reconcile customer debt periodically according to regulations.- Prepare reports on receivables according to the Company's regulations.(6) Accounts payable accounting:- Update purchase documents, track payables.- Compare internal and other payables according to regulations.(7) Fixed asset accounting: Perform operations related to fixed asset accounting at the Branch. (8) Bank accountant:- Follow up the accounting of arising banking transactions.- Maintain documents according to regulations. (9) General accounting:- Prepare management reports, financial statements, revenue reports, gross profit expenses,... - Controlling revenue, expenses and determining monthly and quarterly business results of the Branch.- Statistical data of the monthly financial report compared with the Company's FinanceDepartment.- Print and save detailed books as prescribed. - Some other general accounting contents.
