• Research, develop and present the collected data/ information by developing ad hoc reports/detail reports to address issues and recommendation.• Gather information about job, benefits and compensation, staff remuneration, turnover rates and other HR data to improve job satisfaction, employee relations, retention and morale.• Design improvement initiatives to ensure the HR data/information is confidentiality.• Produce various HR reports following the business requirements for data analysis. • Initiate the review and data/information analysis to make recommendation on system or process improvement or changes.• Perform data extracts, generates reports, and compiling information for collective bargaining purposes in support of management. • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives on HR process and systematic.• Prepare job classification reports and recommends appropriate grade level for positions to be standardized. • Evaluate new jobs and job classification which includes conducting market studies to make sure it is aligned with the market.• Maintain employee confidence and protect pay roll operation by strictly confidential.• Develop the payroll report which is analytical for staff’s salary payment management.• Manage, forecast, and control on annual staff budgeting by branch and department for the effective and efficient allocation of the budget.

Phnom Penh

• Provides monthly payroll information based on letters of appointment, promotion, increment, resignation, unpaid leave... to be on time, accuracy and compliance with rule and law and support Head of HR for other compensation and benefits.• Processes the payroll for all the staff after obtaining approval from the management and coordinate with employee regarding benefit program and regulation.• Maintains employee confidence data/report and protect payroll operation by strictly confidential.• Maintains employee information by entering and updating all employment, status-change data, position, payroll, personal information employment...• Perform all report as business requirement related to staffing report by timely manner.• Maintains and update whole ABA organisational chart as monthly• Manage team to be success for collecting all documents requirement from business and Ministry of Labor and properly file of employment document• Manage all processes and requirements related to issue Job Offer, Promotion, Internal Appointment,Increment, Staff Confirmation Probation, Staff Resignation...• Exit interview and final calculation and make monthly and quarterly report• Branch Compliance• Check all staff loan ( comply and not comply with staff loan policy) and provide recommendations to Head of HR for final decisions • Staff insurance • ABA staff annual leave report • Ensure all the administrative management will be completed in timely manner and other tasks assign by manager
