*Plan and direct the day-to-day operation of the store and individual departments including the following: Sales, Accounting, Human Resources, Service, and Support.*Maintain a consistent business focus with the intent to meet or exceed the dealership’s goals set by either individual departments or the head management team. These goals are to be set at least twice a year and constantly documented for progress*Identify opportunities and implement action in order to positively impact sales.*Recruit and hire qualified individuals, train and provide feedback, and maintain a strong trusting relationship with employees.

Contracted to set up the placement services division. USP works with several skilled nursing companies in Utah. They provide financial counseling, Medicare, VA benefits, and Medicaid services to short and long term patients in these facilities. Responsible for getting placement contracts signed with Assisted Living and Memory care facilities in Utah.Conduct initial screening meetings with seniors and their families in order to determine their care needs and which facilities would be a good fit based on location, budget, and care needs.

Responsible for growing occupancy in our Assisted Living and Memory Care units.Qualified for Presidents Club in 4 of 6 quarters during tenure at Brookdale.

Created a company to assist families in exploring the best senior care options for their situation and in helping to secure funding through the VA or Medicaid when appropriate. We also set up workshops at several large employers in Utah to educate employees who were struggling to care for elderly family members to help them find a healthy work/family balance and locate assistance as needed.
