Convert leads into enrolled students by developing and executing strategies.Strategic Planning & Development: In order to increase the revenue of the institution, develop and implement recruitment strategies that will attract high-quality students from North America.Event Participation: Attend educational fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events and represent the institution.Agent Management: Managing relationships with education agents and Licensed immigration consultants (RCICs) who refer students to schools.Training & Resources: Provide training and resources to agents so they can effectively represent the institution.Issue Resolution: Assist agents with any issues or questions they may have and ensure institutional policies are followed.Performance Monitoring: Evaluation and monitoring of agents' performance.Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities by analyzing enrollment trends.Financial Targeting: Assuring student intake is financially successful.Leadership: Lead and mentor a recruitment team.Goal Setting: Establish clear performance expectations for team members.Training & Development: Provide training and professional development for the team.Performance Monitoring: Keep an eye on the team's performance and provide regular feedback.Data Utilization: Using data-driven insights, improve recruitment processes.Collaboration: Align recruitment strategies with institutional objectives with other departments (e.g., admissions, marketing, finance).Issue Resolution: Manage complex issues and make high-stakes decisions to meet institutional objectives.
