The Student and Early Career Working Group (SECWG) of the AGU Education Section seeks to support the needs of students and early career members of the AGU community involved in or interested in education, outreach, and science communication. Aiken (Using a 3dr Solo drone and Agisoft Photoscan software) and try to use Geographic Information System to analyze and manage data collected by UAVs efficiently. Conduct the geological features visualization research with Dr. Robert J. Stern. Co-founder of UTD GSS. Working as an animation and film producer for UTD Geosciences Department and also work for other entertaining purposes. Master Adobe Prime, Photoshop and AE. I am taking charge of the projects of Wheelhouse Geoscience Studios, a section under the Wheelhouse Geoscience Consultant. I work with Dave Williamson on creating new business strategies, designing products, and making advertising materials (mostly Videos and Animations). Regarding specific tasks, I take lead in the service of (1) Designing videos that address business brand awareness, (2) Creating animations and narrated videos providing sale-side support for marketing oil and gas assets, and (3) Producing science-based videos used to educate stakeholder, community, and financing audiences about the geology of basins and specific hydrocarbon-bearing reservoirs.

I am always so interested in meeting people and dig people's talents. So We made a platform for individuals who have special talents on sports, arts and any other areas. We organized various activities to show and enhance their talents. For the safety concern, we just served students in Changchun. I learnt how to manage a company, deal with different people and complete missions under bad and unexpected situations during this time. I love science, especially geology, so I ended this company and website and study aboard on geology major in 2013.

Acted as the project manager, finished material collection on site and from the library, completed the tasks of modifying and mapping the HunJiang- comprehensive histogram, three elm-comprehensive histogram, Xinkailing- comprehensive histogram, Changbai- comprehensive histogram, MAPGIS vector histogram, HunJiang coal distribution map, current situation of HunJiang coal resources exploration and development, evaluation map of HunJiang coal resource exploration potential, geologic map of HunJiang coal field, structure outline map of HunJiang coalfield, Meihe coal distribution map, current situation of Meihe coal resources exploration and development, evaluation map of Meihe coal resource exploration potential, geologic map of Meihe coal field, structure outline map of Meihe coalfield and so on. Through this project, learned much about coal resource reserves, mastered MAPGIS software for drafting geologic maps, and built a relatively simple reserve information database. {MapGIS is a software made by Chinese Geological University and is popular in China, similar to ArcGIS}

Jilin University

Worked with geologists and geophysicists of China National Petroleum Corporation and professors from Jilin University. Conducted geological mapping and fieldwork in Tamtsag-Hailar basin (Late Jurassic-Early Cretaceous age rift basins). Compiled regional structural maps and stratigraphic figures. Interpreted over 10km seismic cross-section maps. Built 3D structural model and burial history of sub basin (key depression) with seismic cross-section, sequence stratigraphy figures and structural maps. Made critical moment chart of plays. Built detailed tectonostratigraphic framework of two early Cretaceous formations in Hailar Basin. Developed interpersonal skill, basin analysis and basin history modeling knowledge.
