As Head of India Operations (Delivery), I was responsible for all project deliveries and sales closures by SNic Solutions' India Office. The projects spanned across multiple geographies for our varied industry customers. The key focus of this position was to build an efficient delivery system which focuses on timely completion, high quality output and customer satisfaction and most important, an empowered team of young engineers and managers.

As Senior Consultant I was responsible for Project & Account management. The position required me to work with multiple customers in understanding business challenges and chart out a road map towards their operational excellence goals. Key challenges were to manage expectations of multiple stake holders and execute projects On time.
