In those years, I gained all sorts of skills and understanding on how the store/company runs on a day-to-day basis, offering sales and customer service which required me to be reliable, responsible, honest and trustworthy. I am flexible and capable of working different shifts if required. I act with integrity and good work ethics and morals according to the company's standards.My communication skills are strong based on the customer interaction over the past 10 years. Iam a very resilient person that can work well under pressure, especially when there are customer complaints etc. I am level-headed, composed and deal within strenuous situations in a positive and calm manner. I make an extra effort to always consider the company's policy and apply it daily to customers and in store.I have a passion for connecting, communicating and creating a bond with customers. This is what keeps me hard-working and highly motivated, because I enjoy what I do. I can proudly say that my clientele has grown tremendously over the past years.
