Uti Benedict is a highly motivated individual with a background in Economics. I am currently the CEO of Fountain Integrated Farms, located in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. Fountain Integrated Farms is involved in various aspects of agriculture, including food production, processing, and storage, animal husbandry, tractor hire services, and farm consultation.What sets Fountain Integrated Farms apart is our unique approach as a bridge between agribusiness investors and farmers who have the skills and willingness to farm but lack funds. We facilitate investment in the agricultural sector by making funds and equipment available to farmers, enabling them to scale up their operations. In doing so, we aim to address the problem of food crises while also generating returns for our investors.I also have a work experience with Simba Group, where I serve as a Sales Executive. My roles includes but not limited to:1. Sales Planning: This involves creating sales plans and strategies to achieve organizational sales targets. I analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales plans.2. Customer Relationship Management: Which involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Understanding customer requirements, providing product information, addressing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I also handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise.3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: This entailed conducting product or service presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers. I do so highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of the offerings, addressing customer needs and objections effectively.4. Negotiation and Closing: I engage in negotiation processes with customers to close deals. Making them understand pricing structures, contracts, and terms of agreements, ensuring mutual benefits for both the customer and the organization. 5. Sales Reporting and Analysis: This involves maintaining records of sales activities, preparing sales reports, and analysing sales data to evaluate performance.I hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Port Harcourt.My work in both sales and agribusiness demonstrates a diverse skill set, combining business acumen with a passion for addressing agricultural challenges and promoting food security through innovative investment solutions. As the CEO of Fountain Integrated Farms, I am open to collaborating with individuals and companies interested in agribusiness investments.
