Eden takes a multi-disciplinary approach to strategy consulting to develop new business models, design programmes and initiatives, and forge 3P partnerships. With Eden, I've had the privilege to assume the below roles and functions:- Built from-the-ground-up in-house large data analytics capabilities to derive insights on consumer behaviors using Python (psycopg2, Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn libraries)- Lead consultant for Eden’s behavioural competency development mission helping 2,000 IRAS employees acquire 21st century skills, an intervention that includes conducting more than 30 two-day training workshops.- Lead consultant on the industry transformation roadmap for the Advertising sector, where I facilitated workshops and focus group discussions with key stakeholders to craft the sector’s strategy to respond to the rise of frontier technologies, increased reliance on digital marketing, and changes in consumer behaviors.- Led Eden’s “Developing Smart, Sustainable, and Loveable Cities” initiative advising governments on how to support Smart City initiatives. - Key contributor to Eden's "Top 50 Smart City Governments" report.- Lead the operational excellence of Eden, including automating recruitment processes using RPA and developing our knowledge management solution and processes.- Team member in Enterprise Singapore’s in the Impact Study for the Innovation and Capability Voucher Programme, engaging a number of local SMEs to understand their innovation journey and advise on better innovation support schemes.- Team member in a pricing analysis project for a company looking to enter Singapore's urban farming market using hydroponics.- Coaches non-profit board members in quarterly workshops for the Social Service Institute. - Led or contributed to at least 20 proposals and responses to RFPs.
