While working as Delivery Lead, my accountabilities were to migrate Trade Finance Application comprising 30+ technologists acrossmultiple geographies.Over my tenure, I delivered next generation trade finance portal providing an enhanced user experience (UX) platform targetedtowards incremental revenue. This platform was scaled for onboarding other products. Architected data flow between UIcomponents, developed UI common component libraries.Besides, I developed component for download PDF/XLS, customize Ag-grid, Yup for form component. Implemented GitHub 4 eyescode review strategy and integration with team city for CI/CD. Closed Audit point by upgrading infrastructure from AIX to RHEL, jobsfrom Maestro to Control-M and Oracle database from physical to virtual.Further to this, I pioneered the transformation of UAT division into an end-to-end test management division. Led the complete testingjourney including system test, user acceptance test, regression and load test. Contributed towards firm wide initiatives around talentmanagement, manpower planning, and lateral hiring program. Reduced load on enterprise ALM by creating web based dashboardat Domain level which pulls data from ALM periodically. Rolled out Test Data Strategy to refreshed environment with masked data.In addition, I developed monthly Reward Platform in Python for all 10k+ employee in India and reduced operational task.
