I’m a Manufacturing Engineer passionate about hands-on problem-solving and driving real results in engineering and design. My journey has been a mix of innovation, teamwork, and plenty of shop floor experience—from designing and optimizing vehicle prototypes with Stallion Motorsport Electric to creating accessible 3D-printed models for visually impaired users at See3D.As Head of Manufacturing for Stallion Motorsport, I led the Manufacturing operations of a team of 50+ engineers in building a Formula One prototype vehicle. I got to apply Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and advanced manufacturing techniques like CNC machining and laser cutting to improve component accuracy by 20% and reduce waste by 25%. Competing at Formula Bharat as the team driver also gave me a firsthand understanding of vehicle dynamics, ergonomics, and track conditions. The testing we did was intense, working on everything from understeer adjustments to optimizing the suspension and balance. It was a huge learning experience that helped our team place in the top 5 nationally.Today, as a Design Intern at See3D, I get to use my CAD and 3D printing skills in a way that has a direct social impact. I design tactile models that bring educational concepts to life for visually impaired individuals. Working on this project keeps me inspired and reminds me of the power of engineering to make a difference in people’s lives.I’m always looking to connect with others in manufacturing and engineering who share a commitment to quality, innovation, and impact.
