My journey began in Mumbai, where I had the privilege of contributing to several high-rise projects. Transitioning to Gurgaon with M3M and now with Reach Promoters I am a Assistant General Manager-Planning at Reach Promoters, a renowned leader in developing cutting-edge commercial projects including malls and commercial towers. Herein, I am entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing two upcoming mall projects. In my current role, I work closely with the promoter to conceptualize and execute projects from inception to completion. From project planning and budgeting to engaging with a diverse array of consultants, vendors, and contractors.In M3M-Planning, Scheduling and Reporting the progress and performance of two mixed land use projects, M3M Capital and M3M Crown, with a total built-up area of 10.1 million square feet and a project value of 2800 crore. I worked with the President of Projects and jointly report to the stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality delivery of the projects. I also manage the Planning and Scheduling of a premium row housing project, M3M Soulitude, with a project area of 25 acres and a planned budget of 547 crore. I have successfully applied my skills in Resource Planning, Project Coordination, Risk Management, MS Project to these projects, achieving optimal results.
