I joined Zomato, a recently developed Captive Unit, handling customer's queries regarding online order supplies, gained proficiency on developing soft skills while working on multiple chats for long hours simultaneously, post that I was moved to calling process where I used to resolve real time problems of our Field Executives (Delivery Riders), when I performed exceptionally well in that role I was taken for the pilot Batch for Manila inbound, where we were handling calls from our riders from Manila, in couple of months when that process was well established, I was called by Quality Team, where I worked as a Quality Analyst, working to improve the quality of calls answered to our riders, I worked there for 5 months, and lastly I was a part of Ticketing team, here my job description comprised of resolving cases which are raised by riders and our call team concerning various rider's issues.

I worked with Teleperformance, my process was Trainline and we do take care of reservations, cancellations and grievance handling of our loyal passengers.

I worked with Praxis Services Pvt. Ltd, under Mr. Ravish Swarup as a reservation sales associate(CRC Lemon Tree) my job description comprised of checking the availability and processing hotel reservations forwarded by online travel agents on mails and on calls also.
