CurrentLeading production operations and taking care of Juices blending & UHT sterilizer operations.Planning day-to-day production to achieve daily production target.Monitoring and ensuring good running of sterilizer and filling machines.Ensuring GMP and Cleanliness in process and production areas.Monitoring and controlling Material Consumption and Variation (MCV) to minimize the losses.Initiating, implementing and controlling written manufacturing and processing proceduresMonitoring and controlling batch manufacturing as per customer standards.Monitoring CCP and OPRP parameters in the process and filling area.Planning daily manpower for the shift and Manpower deploying.Conducting safety awareness meetings frequently for all employees.Generating OEE, Production reports.Batch creating and RMPM consumption in Oracle with proper inventory balance.Giving finished goods FGTV to Supply Chain for loading.Monitoring process, filling losses, and discussing with team and management to minimize the losses.Ensuring the Product Parameters like Brix Acidity and pH as per customer standards.Verifying all BMR, BPR and Online records.Responsible for the Line Productivity and the Yields of the raw and packing materials used for production.Noteworthy Attainments: Successfully completed the new Juice production lines installation and commissioning for a new customer and all the validation protocols completed without any deviations.
